Terry D. Nelson

Since 1978 Terry has been associated with the investment and insurance fields and in 1991 he founded Olmsted Financial Group. Over the past 30 years he has built a solid reputation in the field of Retirement Planning.
In addition to years of experience, Mr. Nelson also holds the industry's highest credentials:

- Chartered Financial Consultant (ChFC)
- Certified Advisor for Senior Living (CASL)
Terry specializes in counseling pre-retirees and retirees regarding wealth management, basic estate planning and managing risks they will face in retirement.
A long time Rochester resident, Terry and his wife Carla have raised three sons and are active in their church, the Rochester community and the Rochester Area Chamber of Commerce. Terry was part of a scholarship committee of a local private school for eighteen years and is a former member of his church's elder board. Terry has served as a financial consultant to the military serving at deployment and re-integration Yellow Ribbon events.
